This seminar series invites you to in depth conversations about the future not as something we passively wait for but as something we can actively help shape. Across a series of thematic sessions we explore futures methodologies, innovation processes and co creation as tools to navigate uncertainty, uncover new opportunities and build sustainable solutions.

We bring together researchers, practitioners, decision makers and engaged citizens in dialogues where diverse perspectives meet with the aim of both inspiring and equipping participants to take the next step in their own future focused work.
Join us at The Pot for the morning session and stay for lunch. No prior attendance is required to participate in any session.
Spaces are limited so register now.
The event is free but registration is required.
The sessions will be held in English.
You are welcome to participate, contribute and help shape the future together.
📖 Book Launch: More than Human – When AI Becomes a Participant
What happens when artificial intelligence stops being just a tool – and starts becoming a participant?
In More than Human, Tech Concept Lab challenges our human-centered way of thinking about work, intelligence, and organizations. In a time when AI is rapidly moving from the IT department into the heart of organizations, the book introduces the concept of Non-Human Knowledge Workers and shows how future value creation is about working together as equals – human and non-human alike.

At the launch event, we will explore:
- How organizations can be designed for collective intelligence rather than human limitations.
- Why AI should be understood as part of an organization’s culture, not just its technology.
- How empathetic and social AI systems are already shaping relationships, norms, and decision-making.
- Why the challenge of the future is not making AI more human, but creating sustainable ways for different kinds of intelligence to coexist.
This is not an implementation guide – it is a book for leaders, designers, and thinkers who want to understand what we are becoming, in the midst of the transition to new human-AI cultures.
More than Human is an invitation to ask better questions before answers solidify into structure.
🎉 Join us to celebrate the book launch – hear from Tech Concept Lab, discuss the future of AI, and gain insights that could change the way we see intelligence and organizations.
