Tech Concept Lab is your one-stop-shop for accelerating your technical idea. Through a unique tech exploration process with coaching from experts in the field, you’ll be able to verify your idea from a technical perspective. When you head out our doors, your idea is ready for business development at your organization or through a business incubator. Participation in TCL is completely free of charge.

Use the web form to apply. Your application must include a concept description, tech need, and other details about your team.
You will explain your idea and what help your team needs to our Tech Council. Get a decision on how TCL can help.
We suggest additional steps before project start.
Get introduced to the TCL Way, meet your mentor, get started with a tech evaluation.
Sharpen your tech-into-product story, advance your tech roadmap through benchmarking and user tests, and share progress with other TCL teams.
We suggest relevant experts to talk with, help you find testbeds and tech financing, and contextualize your tech needs in a business case.
When your team is ready, TCL helps you move onto your team’s next step. Complete an exit interview.
Receive a TCL Certificate of Completion and join our alumni.
Mentor new TCL teams and stay active in the TCL community.

Blue Science Park runs the project together with our partners Ericsson, Blekinge Institute of Technology and Karlskrona municipality. The project is financed by the European regional development fund and Blekinge County Council.
